This lesson is set for the fifth grade classroom. This clip allows for students to compare and contrast the differences of characters. Through the provided activity the teacher will play and pause the clip and generate a discussion on the clip by using the higher order thinking questions provided. The two characters in the clip are polar opposites. Students will be asked to compare and contrast the similarities and differences between the two characters. By doing so, they will meet the common core standards CCSS.ELA-Literacy.RL5.3.
